The main goal of this function is to avoid an ECU visit and inadequate forwarding to a patient which clinical condition and hospital admission necessity has already been identified by a doctor.

iHosp will process these requests using a Manage Requests function. These requests are sent to user groups named “Regulating agents”, nominated by the insurance company. Regulating Agents in turn start assuming the received requests from the doctor at hand.

The Regulator has the possibility to choose whether to distribute the request to all the network or to direct it according to the convenience and the profile of the vacancy, or the wish of the family.
